On August 27, "Guangzhou HR Elite Salon” was held at the Dingsheng Valley Industrial Park in Huadu District. The event was hosted by Guangzhou Human Resources Market Service Center and Huadu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau under the guidance of Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. This gathering, themed "Strengthening the Integration of Two Industries to Empower Smart Manufacturing Workforce" was not just an exchange event of the industry. It also signified a serious of attempt of Guangzhou as a pilot city of "Two Industries Integration" (advanced manufacturing and modern services industries) in the country to tackle the challenges of labor shortages in manufacturing sector and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the human resources service sector.

On the day of the event, a responsible official from the Human Resources Division of Huadu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau gave a presentation about the key points of the "Measures Huadu District, Guangzhou for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Human Resources Services”. The Measures, anchored by the Huadu Airport-based Industry Talent Service Park, promote the development of the HR services sector under a "multiple clusters in one park" model, and encourage HR companies to scale up and grow stronger, which sparked enthusiastic reactions from participants.

He Jizheng, an industry expert, gave a specialized lecture on the topic of "HR Compliance Management Under the Background of Two-industries Integration", which provided valuable insights, both theoretical and practical, for companies to establish compliance baselines and prevent employment risks. The person in charge of the headhunter department at Quqiancheng company shared corporate practice in a session titled 'Smart Discovery and Acquisition of Talents", which showcased how professional human resources service organizations empower high-quality development of manufacturing. Representatives from Dingsheng Valley Industrial Park introduced the Park’s advantageous location, comprehensive facilities, and good industrial ecosystem.

The Huadu Airport-based Industry Talent Service Park signed cooperation agreements with Guoguang 2025 Park, Dingsheng Valley Industrial Park, Xinsheng Technology Park, and the Drone Academy of Guangzhou Civil Aviation College respectively, with the aim to promote "Four chains integration”, namely, the integration of the industrial chain, talent chain, innovation chain, and education chain. During the supply-demand exchanges and matchmaking session, participants had face-to-face communication and seamless alignment, turning collaboration intentions on paper into tangible win-win results.

The Guangzhou HR Elite Salon employs a variety of means, including policy interpretation, cooperation agreement signing, keynote sharing, corporate practices, and supply-demand matchmaking to establish a platform for efficient exchanges between human resources service organizations and manufacturing enterprises.
