Recently, leading officials from the Standing Committee of Huadu District People’s Congress and Huadu District Federation of Trade Unions led a delegation to Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County for research on east west paired assistance exchange. Relevant officials of Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County participated in the research activities.

During the research, the delegation paid an onsite visit to Guizhou Soring Beverage Food Co., Ltd. It gained in-depth insights into the enterprise’s production and operation, industrial chain, market sales and its role in boosting local employment. The delegation carefully inquired about the enterprise’s development strengths and current needs, and obtained an accurate picture of local characteristic industries. This lays a solid foundation for further industrial assistance, expansion of production-marketing channels, and improvement of the quality and efficiency of local enterprises.

Relevant leading officials from the Standing Committee of Huadu District People’s Congress and the District Federation of Trade Unions pointed out that Huadu and Guanling have long maintained profound bonds of east west paired assistance. Trade unions of the two places consistently uphold complementary advantages and two way empowerment. Going forward, Huadu District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to build exchange platforms to facilitate mutual learning between model workers and skilled craftsmen from both sides. It will further expand consumption cooperation channels, smooth the pathway for "Guizhou goods to reach external markets", implement targeted public welfare assistance measures, and promote the two way flow of industrial and human resources. Through practical trade union initiatives, it will support Guanling in consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements and comprehensively advancing rural revitalization.

During the research, Huadu and Guanling jointly launched a series of exchange activities for model workers and skilled craftsmen. The Huadu-Guanling Exchange Service Station for Model Workers and Skilled Craftsmen was officially inaugurated, marking the full implementation of the innovative Guangdong-Guizhou east-west paired-assistance model of "Model Workers & Skilled Craftsmen + Enterprises + N". Centered on model workers and skilled craftsmen as the core link, the model connects market entities, industrial resources and service venues of the two regions, and establishes a full-chain cooperation system covering technological breakthroughs, joint talent cultivation and achievement transformation. It not only creates a brand-new demonstration sample for cross-regional skill-based assistance, but also injects robust "craftsman-driven momentum" into deepened Guangdong-Guizhou cooperation.

The Guanling County Federation of Trade Unions and the Huadu District Federation of Trade Unions signed a new paired-assistance work agreement. Guangzhou UV Tech Material LTD. made a donation to Guanling Siyuan Experimental School, and Guangzhou Eurosun Piston Co., Ltd. donated to Longdong Primary School of Dingyun Sub-district. Guangzhou Baoda Wanxiang Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Supply and Marketing Native Produce & Sundries Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Chayijia Tea Industry Co., Ltd. signed agricultural product purchase-and-sale cooperation agreements respectively with Guanling Guiyuan Materia Medica Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Guizhou Soring Beverage and Food Co., Ltd., Guizhou Qianfeng Trading Co., Ltd., Guanling Dongguan Tea Planting Co., Ltd., Guanling Autonomous County Zhengxinjie Farm Co., Ltd. and Guanling Autonomous County Hengrui Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.

Through the co-construction of the exchange service venue for model workers and skilled craftsmen, this research has built a cross-regional platform for mutual learning, technical exchange and skill assistance among model workers, fully promoted the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labour and the spirit of craftsmanship, and continuously strengthened the exchange and training of skilled talents between the two regions. Meanwhile, the signed agricultural-product purchase-and-sale cooperation further smoothes sales channels for "Guizhou goods to reach external markets" and enhances the effectiveness of consumption-oriented assistance. Focusing on education, the charity donation activities deliver the warmth of east-west paired assistance to the grassroots level in a down-to-earth manner.
